Podcast #1,019: 10 Philosophy-Inspired Challenges for Becoming a Better and Happier Man

Many religions and philosophical systems around the world have similar goals, even though they may use different words and approaches to achieve them. They all aim for a life filled with virtue, peace and flourishing.

Ben Aldrige, in his new book Seriously Happy, explains how anyone, anywhere can benefit from the ancient wisdom to live a good life. Ben Aldrige offers a brief overview of Buddhism, Cynicism and Taoism as well as Stoicism, Epicureanism and Aristotelianism. He also shares practices and challenges that are inspired by each philosophy. These include walking a banana and listening to music without music.
